Merrill Police Department Report, Week Ending June 2nd
The Merrill Police Department responded to 14 incidents this past week. One call was for a vehicle crash involving a local residence. Four calls came in for theft, 1 from a vehicle and 3 from local businesses. There was 1 traffic stop that involved alcohol, ending with a refusal to test and an arrest for OWI. A call came in for an overdose, the involved party was transported to a local hospital. Two calls came in for runaways involving juveniles. There were two reports for tampering and property damage. Two calls were received involving domestic disturbances.
There was a request from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections resulting in the arrest of an individual for probation violations.
